Once you have submitted the Initial Inquiry Form, Jeff will reach out to schedule a call to walk through our process and answer your initial questions. If you decide you want to continue your due diligence, he will provide you with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) that has all of the federally mandated information in it to help you on your Far Out journey!

Jethro, from the Beverly Hillbillies, wasn’t real good at cifer’n, but we can help you with the numbers. The FDD does a great job of covering the range of the costs associated with becoming a Franchisee and opening a location, but every location is different and offers plus’s and minus’s that can sway those costs in different directions. We will help you understand those differences. We will have you fill out the Qualification Questionnaire to make sure you are ready for us and to see if we can move forward.

Decision Time

In order to begin the site selection/ lease negotiation process, you will need to sign a Territory Application and put down a non-refundable deposit towards the franchise fee. Once we have a location approved and there is a lease prepared to sign, you will then need to execute the Franchise Agreement and pay the remaining balance of the franchise fee.

Now it gets fun

After signing the Franchise Agreement and Lease, you will begin the build out and preparation for opening process. As soon as we have all drawings, permits and licenses in place and a firm date for completion of the construction, we will schedule staff training and the store opening.
